For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and orders prepaid by Cash or Check.  

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, floral substitutes are necessary due to availability issues.  If this is the case with your order, our knowledgeable designers will ensure that the design of your arrangement stay the same and will use only flowers of equal or higher value.  An example of this would be that you may have ordered hot pink roses, but we may have to substitute with light pink or two-tone pink roses.  Substitutions of color occur rarely, and we will make every attempt to contact you should this happen.
